A Certain Naval Unit Strengthens Intensive Support for Maritime Training Resources
The PLA-wide Basic Training On-site Meeting pointed out that it is necessary to deepen exploration of basic training methods in the new era, promote specialized instruction, intensive group training, simulated training, and standardized assessment, and focus on improving the level of teaching and training organization. Intensive group training emphasizes "intensiveness" and is difficult in "coordination." In the process of vigorously promoting intensive group training, all units, in light of their own actual conditions, have adopted various methods to unify subjects, trainees, resources, and experience, achieve complementary advantages and mutual exchange, effectively solve prominent problems such as difficulty in coordinating teaching resources, difficulty in standardizing site setup, difficulty in grasping teaching progress, and difficulty in improving teaching quality and effectiveness, and have summarized and formed much useful experience in training practice.
