The Guiyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission went all out to advance major project construction in the third quarter, forming six supervision and service teams to carry out supervision work in depth across all districts and counties. At the site of the Phase II project of the Baiyun New Campus of Guiyang Business College, Director Ma Xiao personally learned about the project progress, emphasizing the need to intensify work coordination, improve project management, guarantee the wages and living conditions of construction workers, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
　　In Qingzhen City, the third supervision team focused on projects under construction, analyzed and assessed construction difficulties, and, centering on projects newly started and entered into the database from August to December and projects that have received funds but have not yet started, learned about construction progress on site and proposed measures to advance them. At each location, the supervision and service teams inspected major engineering projects on the ground, learned about the projects' visual progress and investment completion, and listened on site to the difficulties and policy suggestions arising in project advancement.
　　The Guiyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission formulated a detailed work plan, going deep into 14 districts and counties from September 18 to 26 to conduct penetrating supervision of investment projects of more than 5 million yuan, newly started projects, and provincial major projects and key projects. Each supervision session involved detailed checks on project commencement, construction progress, and the availability and use of funds, pushing projects to accelerate construction and ensuring that effective investment is truly delivered.
