A large number of high-quality projects have smoothly started construction, including the Xinxing Jihua Circular Economy Industrial Park project with an investment of 3 billion yuan, the dairy product processing full-industry-chain project of Xingtai Dinglun Company with an investment of 310 million yuan, and the deep processing project of sesame series products of Qingdao Changhe with an investment of 200 million yuan, injecting new momentum into the district's high-quality economic development.
In view of the fact that the current project construction work still lags behind the "double over half" task, with problems such as low quality and efficiency of attracted projects, slow construction progress, too few projects entering the database, and a weak atmosphere of pioneering and striving for excellence, the district has arranged and deployed the work for the next stage: further strengthening the awareness that investment attraction is the "lifeline" and "** driving force" of economic development, advancing project signing in parallel for projects already approved at meetings, tracking and coordinating in a timely manner, and answering questions and resolving doubts for investors; as for the conditions put forward by enterprises, within the scope permitted by policies, helping enterprises strive for them with all efforts so that enterprises can sign contracts with confidence.
Improve the concepts, vision, and thresholds for attracting projects and funds, comprehensively evaluate project quality and the strength of investors, and introduce projects that are high-quality, profitable, competitive, and aligned with Xiangzhou's actual development, while moving the threshold forward and screening in advance to ensure the conversion rate of signed projects. Collect investment information of interested enterprises and investors through multiple channels, strengthen contact and communication with relevant enterprises through methods such as business-attracting-business, targeted investment attraction, door-to-door investment attraction, and industry-based investment attraction, give play to the bridging role of Xiangyang chambers of commerce in various places, gradually deepen understanding, and strive to contact a group of investors, make a group of friends, negotiate a group of projects, and introduce a group of funds.
