It is understood that the X213 Huangda Line Upgrade Project has a total length of 36.66 kilometers, starting at the intersection of Daputun in Renshan Town and G324 Line, and ending at Gaoyangwei in Pinghai. It is built to Class I highway standards with a total investment of 1.213 billion yuan. To date, 26.5 kilometers of asphalt concrete pavement from the Daputun intersection in Renshan Town to the section heading toward Vanke in Pinghai Town has been completed and opened to traffic.

Upon completion, the X213 Huangda Line Upgrade Project will greatly improve traffic conditions on the Renping Peninsula. Tourists heading to the coast can choose the X213 Line to reach scenic areas such as Xunliao, Gangkou, and Pinghai, alleviating traffic pressure on the X210 Line and providing safe and smooth transportation support for the continued prosperity and development of coastal tourism in the county.
