1) The raw materials used for mud preparation meet technical performance requirements, and the preparation complies with the specified mix proportions.
2) During mud preparation, quality index testing is conducted twice per shift. Freshly mixed mud should be stored for 24 hours before use, and when replenishing mud, it must be continuously stirred with a mud pump.
3) Mud displaced by concrete should be purified and adjusted to the required indices, then mixed with fresh mud for circulating reuse. Mud that cannot be purified and adjusted should be discharged into a waste mud pit and transported off-site by mud tanker truck.
