Qi County, Henan Accelerates Processing of Preliminary Procedures for Construction Projects
Since the beginning of this year, the Development and Reform Commission of Qi County, Hebi City, Henan Province has taken project construction as a key measure to promote high-quality economic development, deeply practicing the concept of "projects first." With the mindset of "the start is the decisive battle, the first step is the final sprint," it has made precise efforts in project planning and attraction, procedure processing, factor guarantees, and service promotion. A large number of projects have successively been signed and landed, begun construction, and put into production with results achieved. In the first quarter, the completed investment of key projects at the provincial, municipal, and county levels accounted for more than 30% of the annual target, helping the economy and society achieve a successful "good start" in the first quarter.
