Recently, the construction project for the factory buildings, office building, dormitory building, and related supporting facilities of Nan'an Yuanfeng Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd., located in Xilin Village, Honglai Town, Nan'an, is stepping up pile foundation construction, with all pile foundation work scheduled to be completed by the end of September.

Walking into the construction site of the Yuanfeng Fire Protection project, land leveling has been completed, engineering machinery is operating in an orderly manner, and workers are stepping up pile foundation operations.

According to reports, the project is a key industrial project in Nan'an, with a total investment of 320 million yuan, a project land area of 32.94 mu, and a total construction area of approximately 87,000 square meters. It is planned to build 5 factory buildings, 1 office building, 1 dormitory building, and other related ancillary supporting facilities. The project started in August 2026 and is scheduled for completion in December 2027.

"The project completed land leveling in July and officially launched pile driving operations. More than 200 piles have been driven so far, completing more than half. Pile foundation construction for the office building has been completed, and the current focus is mainly on advancing pile foundation construction for the factory buildings," introduced Guo Zhonghai, the person in charge of the Yuanfeng Fire Protection construction site. Affected by recent continuous rainy weather, construction progress has been somewhat constrained. The project team scientifically adjusted the construction plan and made every effort to catch up on the schedule while ensuring safety and quality. All pile foundation construction is expected to be completed by the end of September, after which the project will move on to foundation pile cap construction. The overall Phase I project is expected to be completed in July next year.

It is understood that Yuanfeng Fire Protection is a manufacturer of fire protection valve accessories. The project is implemented in two phases. Phase I has a construction scale of more than 30,000 square meters, mainly building factory buildings and a comprehensive building, and Phase II is also planned with a construction volume of more than 30,000 square meters. The company's original production site is located in Shengxin Town and consists of leased factory buildings. After Phase I of this project is completed, some production equipment and production lines will be relocated here for production. In the future, a municipal road will also be planned and built at the entrance of the project plot, connecting the surrounding area of the Qiaodong Health Industrial Park, further improving the factory area's external access conditions.

After the project is completed and put into operation, it will effectively enhance the company's production capacity scale for fire protection equipment, strengthen its business strength, and at the same time drive local employment, help improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing in Honglai Town, and add strong support for the high-quality development of the regional economy.
