In July, Sunward's "Global Service Tour" was in full swing, with multiple professional service teams dispatched across the globe to fulfill their commitment to customers under the motto "Quality Sunward, Attentive Service."

In the Fujian and Jiangxi region, technical backbone staff from the excavator after-sales service department, research institute, quality management department, and manufacturing department joined forces with the regional management team to go deep into frontline job sites. Centering on five core areas—precise maintenance, hazard identification, technical empowerment, quality upgrading, and demand collection—they leveraged professional expertise and attentive service to ensure efficient and stable equipment operation and create value for customers.
During the campaign, the service team conducted comprehensive health inspections of customer equipment in the region, focusing on key modules such as the engine, hydraulic system, undercarriage, electrical system, and air conditioning. In Yudu County, Ganzhou, Jiangxi, the team carried out a dedicated in-depth overhaul of an SWE365E-3 large excavator that had been in service for nearly five years and logged over 6,400 operating hours. They diagnosed faults and hidden hazards on site, completed reinforcement and cleaning maintenance of key components, and issued a professional service report to ensure the equipment remained safe and operational. In response to the characteristics of high summer temperatures and high-load equipment operation, Sunward established a rapid fault response mechanism, adhering to the principle of resolving minor faults on the spot and tackling major problems through dedicated efforts. Repairable issues were handled immediately on site, while complex problems were addressed with customized solutions from the technical team. The 48-hour closed-loop mechanism was strictly implemented to minimize downtime, effectively safeguarding customer construction schedules and earning customer recognition through efficient service. Service goes beyond repairs and focuses on technical empowerment. The team conducted training for on-site operators on China IV emission equipment usage standards and large excavator operation, with emphasis on proper start-stop procedures, warm-up, fuel-saving operation, daily inspections, selection of maintenance parts, and DPF regeneration standards. This enhanced frontline personnel's standardized operation and self-maintenance capabilities, helping customers reduce operation and maintenance costs and extend equipment lifespan, thereby delivering value-added service. During the visits, the team held in-depth exchanges with customers, comprehensively collecting feedback on equipment adaptability, control experience, and fuel consumption performance, while meticulously recording suggestions on service processes, parts supply, and product upgrades. They treated genuine end-user needs as an important basis for product iteration and service optimization. Meanwhile, the team also provided refined on-site cleaning and maintenance for the equipment to improve overall operating condition. This Global Service Tour in the Fujian and Jiangxi region effectively solved practical problems with end-user equipment, consolidated the foundation for customer maintenance, and received unanimous praise from customers. Customers stated that Sunward's proactive visits, precise service, and professional empowerment truly reflected its ability to think what customers think and respond to what customers need. Sunward will continue to deepen its presence in the end-user market and carry out the Global Service Tour on a regular basis. With more professional technology, more efficient response, and higher-quality service, it will bridge the "last mile" of customer service, continue to empower customers with safe and stable equipment operation and quality-efficiency improvement, and move forward together with its customers toward mutual success.
