8月15日，中铁二十三局建设者在沁阳市焦平高铁三标段进行沁河铁路特大桥桩基施工作业。当日，焦平铁路沁河特大桥214号主墩最后一根桩基混凝土浇筑完成。
至此，该主墩顺利结束地下基础作业，正式进入承台、墩身上部施工阶段。
