青岛海洋能源融合发展产业园基础设施建设项目位于山东省青岛市即墨区田横镇。
是局首个重力式码头项目，核心建设内容包括形成陆域面积约24万㎡的填海造陆工程，建设总长1963米的海岸防护体系，以及修建全长约544米的场区道路。
项目建设对推动区域产业结构调整，促进经济增长方式转变，增强地区综合竞争力具有积极意义。
