After nearly two years of effort by the builders of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, the main structure of the overpass bridges along the entire Luliang Xin'an Avenue Project has been connected, and the eastern half of the road surface has reached 60% of the construction progress. A cumulative total of 482 piles have been completed in the bridge section pile foundation construction, 80 sets of pier columns have been completed cumulatively, and 27 spans of box girder casting have been completed cumulatively. Among the seven mainline bridges, the main structures of three bridges—Wei 30th Road, Wei 26th Road, and Wei 13th Road—have been successfully connected.

The Luliang Xin'an Avenue Project, upgraded and reconstructed from the former G209 Lin'an Road section, starts from the north of Wenfeng Road in Lishi District in the south and ends at Junwei 1st Road in Fangshan County in the north, with a total construction length of 18.4 kilometers. The construction content includes roads, bridges and culverts, drainage, heating, lighting, and greening. After the project is completed, the main road and east-west roads will form grade-separated interchanges, enabling rapid passage in just 15 minutes.
