On July 16, the Group Company and Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XCMG Group) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Liu Aili, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, and Yang Dongsheng, Party Secretary and Chairman of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, held a working discussion and jointly witnessed the signing. Wen Shaoqi, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, and Xia Yongyong, Deputy General Manager of XCMG Group and General Manager of XCMG Automobile, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties respectively. Heads of relevant departments from both sides attended.

Yang Dongsheng thanked China Post for its long-term support and assistance to XCMG Group's high-quality development, and introduced how XCMG Group in recent years has firmly seized opportunities in new energy development, taken electrification as its core strategic direction, made comprehensive arrangements in fields such as construction machinery and commercial vehicles, promoted the systematic restructuring and upgrading of the entire industrial chain, and continuously consolidated and enhanced its leading position in the industry and global influence. He expressed the hope that through the signing of the strategic agreement, both sides will carry out all-round mutually beneficial cooperation in fields such as new energy commercial vehicles, logistics, and finance, enhance the market competitiveness of both enterprises, and achieve sustainable and healthy development.

According to the agreement, both sides will comprehensively deepen cooperation by leveraging their unique resources, business, and service advantages in their respective fields.
