Recently, all 327 pile foundations of the JJSG-01 section of the Xiangfu East Road East Extension project, constructed by Hunan Road & Bridge under Hunan Construction Investment Group, have been fully completed, marking the successful conclusion of the pile foundation works. This has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of pile caps, pier columns, and cast-in-place girders, and the project has officially entered the rapid construction phase of the bridge's main structure.

The final 4 pile foundations are located within the protection zone of an existing aviation fuel pipeline, making them a key and difficult control project for the entire line. To ensure the safe operation of the aviation fuel pipeline, the project department specially prepared a dedicated pipeline protection plan, refined protective measures, steadily completed pipeline protection operations, and simultaneously advanced pile foundation pouring efficiently, successfully clearing the critical node and achieving the full completion of pile foundation construction.

At present, the various sub-projects of the project are progressing in an orderly manner: 183 pile caps have been completed, accounting for 95.31%; 158 pier columns have been completed, accounting for 94.61%; and 25 spans of cast-in-place box girders have been completed, accounting for 71.42%. Since the start of construction, the project department has anchored itself to the annual goals, steadily advanced the construction of the substructure by optimizing construction deployment, scientifically allocating human, material, and machinery resources, and strengthening on-site overall coordination, while strictly controlling the three key gates of safety, quality, and progress to ensure seamless connection of all processes.

With the completion of the pile foundations, the construction of the bridge substructure has entered the final sprint period. Next, the project department will closely focus on the overall goal of completing the construction of the bridge's main structure by the end of the year, consolidate responsibilities of all parties, strengthen coordination and cooperation, optimize construction organization, and make every effort to accelerate the pace of project construction, helping the Xiangfu East Road East Extension project open to traffic and be put into use as soon as possible.
