This is Yuchai's second officially released technology brand, following the Flywheel Range Extender. The technology brand includes"Benting Technology," "Chunqu Technology," "Panqing Technology," "Yunxing Technology," and "Tianshu Technology"which comprehensively demonstrate the exclusive advantages of Yuchai products across five dimensions—power performance, economy, reliability, comfort, and intelligence. It is Yuchai's strategic layout for grounding itself in the new development stage, grasping new industry trends, and building long-term core competitiveness, marking Yuchai's entry into a new stage of brand-driven, systematic, and high-end development in scientific and technological innovation and setting a new benchmark for the industry's technological upgrading.

Hardcore new products debuted, leading industrial innovation. A total of 8 new products were released at the event, covering Yuchai's three major tracks of traditional power, new energy power, and intelligent equipment, fully covering multi-scenario application needs.

The new-generation medium-speed engine YC6GL diesel engineapplies Yuchai's latest Chunqu 5.0, Panqing 5.0, and Tianshu 5.0 technologies and is suitable for offshore transport vessels, fishing boats, tugboats, and engineering ships, combining higher reliability and durability with lower fuel consumption and use and maintenance costs.

The YCK16N, the flagship power for gas-powered traction,is the pinnacle of Yuchai's heavy-duty gas engines, with a maximum torque of 3,400 N·m and a maximum power of 750 horsepower. Applying Panqing Technology 5.0 and Chunqu Technology 5.0, it has the lowest gas consumption in its displacement class, achieving a perfect balance between high efficiency and energy savings and strong power, and improving all-scenario transport efficiency by 15%.

The YCK32 diesel engine, a high-end powerful engine for mining machinery,targets the heavy-duty equipment market including 100-ton-class mining dump trucks, fracturing trucks, and large drilling rigs. Applying Panqing Technology 5.0 and Chunqu Technology 5.0, it offers strong power and high adaptability to operating conditions, with fuel consumption 10%–15% lower than similar models, surpassing the quality of imported power.

The hydrogen-electric coupling integrated solutionintegrates the advantages of hydrogen energy and electric power, is zero-carbon and environmentally friendly, can enhance green energy consumption capacity, enable long-duration energy storage on demand, and realize multi-energy complementarity and flexible conversion. It is suitable for comprehensive marine energy islands, integrated energy supply in industrial parks, and microgrid systems in special and remote areas.

Four products and technologies were also released on the intelligent equipment track, among whichthe 806 integral axle housing and the 15MD00 crankshaft for generator setsadopt the iron mold sand-lined casting process, making Yuchai the first in China to achieve "replacing steel with iron" in integrated axle housings and large crankshafts. The products have notable advantages such as lightweight design and high strength.The YC-U400 cradle-type five-axis machining centeradopts a fully direct-drive cradle five-axis integrated design with zero-clearance transmission on both axes. The surface roughness of machined parts can reach Ra0.8, and machining efficiency is improved by 40%.Yuchai's globally pioneering wheel-side direct-drive control technology for construction machineryintegrates wheel-side direct drive, energy management, and distributed drive control to form an "electromechanical-energy-control" collaborative system, achieving a leapfrog upgrade in single-machine performance. The oil-electric economy ratio reaches 10:1, energy efficiency exceeds 90%, and 17 patents build a reusable new energy construction machinery platform, systematically solving the pain points of traditional products.

At the event, Yuchai commended 17 first-prize projects for technological achievements in 2025, paying tribute to the research teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company's technological breakthroughs. These award-winning projects focused on tackling key core technologies, solved a number of industry "bottleneck" problems, achieved dual breakthroughs in technical performance and market value, and demonstrated the innovative spirit of Yuchai's science and technology workers in scaling new heights and dedicating themselves to research.

To continuously stimulate innovation vitality, Yuchai will continue to invest 93.3 million yuan in its science and technology innovation award fund in 2026, generously rewarding scientific and technological innovation with real money.
