After nearly two years of intensive work by the builders of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, the main structure of the viaducts along the entire Luliang City Xin'an Avenue project has been completed, and the eastern half of the road surface has reached 60% of the construction progress. Pile foundation work on the bridge sections has cumulatively completed 482 piles, 80 sets of pier columns, and 27 spans of box girder casting. Among the seven mainline bridges, the main structures of three bridges—Wei 30th Road, Wei 26th Road, and Wei 13th Road—have been successfully completed.

The Luliang City Xin'an Avenue project, upgraded and reconstructed from the former G209 Lin'an section, starts from the north of Wenfeng Road in Lishi District in the south and extends to Junwei 1st Road in Fangshan County in the north, with a total construction length of 18.4 kilometers. The construction scope includes roads, bridges and culverts, drainage, heating, lighting, and landscaping. Upon completion, the main road will form grade-separated interchanges with east-west roads, enabling rapid passage in just 15 minutes.
