Recently, as two concrete pump trucks orderly retracted their booms, a total of more than 500 cubic meters of concrete was poured over 8 hours of continuous operation. The first base slab of Buildings 1-7 and the final batch of 9 piles in the northern zone of the Qianjiang Affordable Housing Phase II Project, undertaken by CCCC Guanghang Bureau Fifth Company, were successfully poured, marking phased progress in the project's construction.

Since construction began on April 16, 2026, the project team, based on the overall construction plan, established the general approach of "working to a reverse schedule, operating from a wall chart, and launching quickly," selecting Buildings 1-7 as the first-start area and Buildings 1-1, 1-2, 1-5, 1-6, and 1-8 as the second-start area for parallel construction. During construction, the project overcame numerous difficulties, including complex preliminary procedure processing, difficult coordination for land acquisition and demolition, insufficient spoil sites for earthwork disposal, high technical difficulty in the full-casing follow-up pile foundation process, and a continuous rainy season, successfully completing the "double milestone" of the first base slab pour and the completion of pile foundation works. As of now, both the first-start and second-start areas have entered the foundation structure construction and main structure construction stages, laying a solid foundation for the district government's "basic delivery by December 30" task milestone.

Upon completion, the project will provide 802 affordable housing units, promoting the upgrade of housing security from "home ownership for all" to "quality homes for all," effectively enhancing residents' living quality, sense of happiness, and sense of security. Next, the project will continue to adhere to the working principle of "safety first, quality paramount," coordinate and advance on-site construction management, complete all construction tasks to high standards and on schedule with guaranteed quality, and strive to build a quality livelihood project, contributing CCCC's strength to Qianjiang's urban development and livelihood security.
