On July 14, Sanhe Pipe Pile (003037.SZ) released its 2026 half-year earnings forecast, projecting a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of RMB 15 million for the first half, maintaining positive profitability amid an overall industry downturn.
Facing cyclical adjustments in the industry, the company continues to accelerate the restructuring of its business mix, actively expanding into new energy sectors represented by photovoltaics and wind power as well as new infrastructure tracks such as water conservancy, transportation, marine engineering and petrochemicals, while simultaneously stepping up its overseas market layout in a bid to build diversified growth support.
At the policy level, China's medium- and long-term infrastructure investment space is clearly defined and is expected to continue driving incremental demand in the precast pile market. In April this year, the national top-level authorities deployed the construction of the "Six Networks," coordinating the planning and implementation of the national water network, new-type power grid, computing network, next-generation communications network, urban underground pipeline network and logistics network, balancing the upgrading of traditional infrastructure with the expansion of new infrastructure. According to estimates by the National Development and Reform Commission, investment in supporting projects related to the "Six Networks" is expected to exceed RMB 7 trillion in 2026.
On the business development front, Sanhe Pipe Pile recently signed a nationwide strategic cooperation agreement with China Railway No. 9 Group, under which the two parties will collaborate in the fields of pile foundations and precast components for high-speed rail, expressway, urban rail transit and large-scale building construction projects. According to company information, China Railway No. 9 Group, as the only large comprehensive construction group in Northeast China holding top-tier general contracting qualifications in railway, highway, building, municipal and mining engineering, operates across 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide and is an important implementing force for major national strategies. This cooperation will provide Sanhe Pipe Pile with solid channel and project support for deeply serving national infrastructure.
Overseas, the company is focusing its layout on the Southeast Asian market. In May this year, Sanhe Pipe Pile appeared at an industry exhibition in Vietnam to enhance its regional brand influence. At the end of 2025, Sanhe Pipe Pile signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Thailand's PACO Group, which has 48 years of experience in concrete product manufacturing and enjoys a high market share and brand influence in Thailand; the partnership is expected to help the company seize development opportunities in the Southeast Asian market.
