Recently, the XCMG roadheader specialized practical training successfully concluded. The training focused on real underground construction conditions, honing a professional technical team through practical exercises and continuously strengthening terminal service capabilities. This training laid a solid talent and technical foundation for safe production and efficient construction in the Southwest coal mine market, comprehensively supporting industrial quality and efficiency improvement.   

      Based on the frontline production needs of coal mines and closely aligned with the actual production pain points of mining operations, this training established a full-process, refined practical course system. The courses focused on core application scenarios of roadheaders, with key coverage of standardized safe underground equipment operation, understanding of hydraulic and electrical system principles, routine maintenance and servicing standards, identification of core components, common troubleshooting and emergency repair, and other key content, comprehensively covering the full chain of equipment operation, maintenance, and emergency repair skills to precisely address the technical shortcomings of frontline personnel.  

       The training site had a strong atmosphere. Participants were focused and engaged, actively exchanging and discussing, sharing practical experience in light of underground construction difficulties. At the same time, multiple suggestions for equipment technical improvements were collected, accumulating valuable frontline data and practical experience for product iteration and upgrading and adaptation to complex mining conditions.  Relying on solid product strength, multiple XCMG roadheaders have been operating for a long time in various mining areas, adapting to various complex underground conditions with excellent practical performance. Among them, the EBZ200E is suited to semi-coal roadways and operates continuously and stably; the EBZ260E can tackle full-rock roadways with hardness above F9, with core components in excellent condition; the EBZ318 has outstanding excavation efficiency and the entire machine is in good condition, fully demonstrating the hardcore quality of XCMG roadheaders: efficient, stable, and durable.
