As a cross-year key livelihood project anchored to the goal of comprehensive rural revitalization and advanced in a coordinated manner by Huating City, the 2025 Beautiful and Harmonious Village Construction Project is racing ahead at full speed during the peak construction season. The project covers four administrative villages in four townships: Maxia Village in Maxia Town, Dananyu Village in Cedi Town, Wucunpu Village in Ankou Town, and Wangzhai Village in Xihua Town. At present, the new bridge across the Rui River in Maxia Town has completed pier pouring, and alleyway hardening and road-brick paving in Dananyu Village of Cedi Town are yielding simultaneous results, with all construction tasks advancing in parallel.

　　 Stepping onto the construction site of the project in Maxia Village, Maxia Town, one is greeted by a bustling scene of vigorous construction. As the core hub of the project, the new bridge across the Rui River already has its piles and piers standing on the riverbanks, while workers methodically carry out follow-up curing work to fully ensure project quality. Meanwhile, the construction boom in Dananyu Village, Cedi Town, is equally vigorous. Alleyway hardening is being carried out meticulously, and road-brick paving is proceeding in an orderly manner. These efforts will significantly improve villagers' travel conditions and breathe new vitality into the village's appearance.

　　 It is reported that the project covers river channel improvement, supporting convenience facilities, and various other components. Upon completion, it will systematically improve production and living conditions in the four administrative villages, drive rural construction from "shining at individual points" to "improving quality across the board," and enable more residents to benefit from the achievements of beautiful and harmonious village construction.

　　"The 2025 Beautiful and Harmonious Village Construction Project in Huating City has an estimated total investment of 12.3799 million yuan, covering four villages in four townships including Maxia Village in Maxia Town and Dananyu Village in Cedi Town. The main construction contents include building one new bridge, hardening village and group roads, constructing drainage ditches, slope protection retaining walls, walkways, convenience culvert bridges, laying road bricks, improving river channels, paving the courtyards of convenience centers, installing solar street lights, planting landscaping seedlings, and clearing and tidying miscellaneous material storage sites. Once the project is completed, it will improve the intra-village public facilities of the four villages—Maxia, Wucunpu, Wangzhai, and Dananyu—significantly improve the production and living conditions of rural residents, enhance villagers' sense of well-being, and make every effort to build a new rural development pattern that is 'ecologically livable, industrially prosperous, culturally civilized, effectively governed, and affluent.'" said Gao Yong, Director of the Huating City Agricultural Project Service Center.

　　 During project construction, the construction unit strictly implements standardized operation requirements, scientifically allocates manpower and machinery, and refines construction procedures. On the premise of ensuring quality and safety, it continuously optimizes construction plans and strengthens coordination and cooperation, especially at key stages such as bridge construction, ensuring that every procedure is refined and closely linked, and making every effort to promote early completion, early commissioning, and early benefits to the people.

　　"The Miaotai Bridge in Maxia Village, one of the 2025 Beautiful and Harmonious Village Construction Projects in Huating City, spans the Rui River toward Miaotai Community. It is planned to build a new bridge of 2 to 13-meter prestressed hollow slab construction, with a design load of Highway Class II, a total bridge length of 31 meters, a width of 7 meters, a flood control standard of a 25-year return flood, and a main structure service life of 30 years. At present, the project has completed the construction of 6 bridge piles and 3 abutments, and the bridge is scheduled to be installed on April 16. Once completed, the bridge will thoroughly improve traffic and travel conditions for the residents of Miaotai Community," introduced Wang Xufeng, the on-site technical director.
