The cell manufacturing base project of Shenzhen Pengcheng Infinite New Energy Co., Ltd., located in the Yibin Energy Storage Industrial Park in Xuzhou District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, is pushing ahead at full speed. All parties are working closely together and organizing scientifically, carrying out round-the-clock uninterrupted construction while ensuring project quality and work safety, in a bid to complete the project, start production and achieve results as early as possible.

　　Chen Tianci, External Relations Manager of Pengcheng Infinite, said: "At present, the project is in the pile foundation and foundation construction stage. All 6,000 pile foundations are expected to be completed by mid-April, after which the project will enter the steel structure installation stage, with mechanical and electrical installation planned to start in July."

　　It is reported that, as the first energy storage cell project in the Yibin Energy Storage Industrial Park, the Pengcheng Infinite cell manufacturing base project involves a total investment of about 4.6 billion yuan, covers an area of about 500 mu and a building area of about 260,000 square meters, and is being built in two phases. The main structure of Phase I is expected to be completed by the end of September this year, with equipment installation and commissioning to follow, and trial production is expected in November. Once the project reaches full production, it will have an annual production capacity of 54 GWh of energy storage cells and provide more than 1,200 local jobs.
