On March 30, 70 cubic meters of C35 underwater concrete were successfully poured for the 0-7# approach bridge pile foundations of the first cast-in-place box girder section (Nan'an) of the Yan'an Road Bridge and connecting road project. With this, the approach bridge pile foundation construction for the project has been fully completed, and the project has smoothly entered the final sprint phase of above-ground structural work.

Currently, the approach bridge construction of the Yan'an Road Bridge is progressing smoothly. On the north bank, all cast-in-place box girder construction for the approach bridge has been completed; the road surface from Huaishang Avenue to Shuangdun Road section has been finished; and the incremental launching section of the seventh steel box girder has been installed in place, with welding operations proceeding in an orderly manner. On the south bank, cast-in-place box girder construction for the third through fifth sections of the approach bridge has been completed, while pile cap and pier column construction for the second cast-in-place box girder section is advancing in parallel. The south bank approach bridge construction area of the Yan'an Road Bridge is located in the old urban district, facing multiple challenges such as a large demolition workload and complex underground pipelines. The project team took the initiative and worked collaboratively to overcome difficulties, successively completing preliminary work including building demolition and pipeline relocation. At the same time, they seized opportunities, worked to a reverse schedule, and continuously advanced pile foundation construction, laying the foundation for the overall opening of the bridge to traffic.

Next, the project will promptly optimize the construction plan according to the construction progress on the south bank, simultaneously advance the approach bridge pile cap, pier column, cast-in-place box girder, and road surface works, and ensure that all construction tasks are completed on schedule.
