Recently, at the construction site of the TJ09 section of the Hangzhou-Chun'an-Kaifeng Expressway in Linqi Town, Chun'an County, Hangzhou, machinery roared and crowds bustled, with a construction boom surging. The project team seized the golden spring construction season and pressed ahead with the pilot-hole work for the steel trestle bridge. To address the technical difficulty of the trestle construction reaching the rock surface, the project department used drilling rigs for precise pilot holes, ensuring that steel pipes are accurately placed at the designated rock-stratum elevation, thereby laying a solid foundation for underwater foundation construction. As of now, 135 meters of the steel trestle bridge in this section have been completed, with full-line connection planned for May this year, creating solid conditions for subsequent pile foundation construction.

As a key project linking Hangzhou and Chun'an and connecting the regional transportation network, the Chun'an section of the Hangzhou-Chun'an-Kaifeng Expressway is advancing at full speed with the striving posture of "a decisive battle at the outset and a sprint from the start." The construction team of China Railway First Group for Section 9 of the Hangzhou-Chun'an-Kaifeng Expressway has launched a construction boom across the entire area, racing against the spring season with swift and vigorous progress, empowering local high-quality development with premium projects, and making every effort to open up the key channel for Chun'an's external connectivity and industrial upgrading.

Li Zhijun, Executive Deputy Project Manager of the TJ09 section of the Hangzhou-Chun'an-Kaifeng Expressway of China Railway First Group, introduced that the Linqi Interchange Main Line Bridge is a controlling project of the section, designed as a 72 m + 130 m + 72 m continuous steel structure with a construction period of about two years, and is the decisive project for the main line connection of Section 9. At present, the preliminary preparation work of the project is proceeding in an orderly manner, and it is expected that full-scale construction conditions will be in place by June this year. The team will strictly uphold the bottom lines of safety, quality, and environmental protection, and ensure completion on schedule through standardized management and refined construction, delivering a satisfactory project to the people of Chun'an.

It is understood that the main line of the TJ09 section of the Hangzhou-Chun'an-Kaifeng Expressway has a total length of 14.27 kilometers, with an actual construction length of 13.199 kilometers, covering multiple construction contents including tunnels, main line bridges, ramp bridges, culverts, and roadbed excavation and filling. The main line adopts the standard of a two-way six-lane expressway with a design speed of 100 km/h, and is a key controlling segment of the Chun'an section of the Hangzhou-Chun'an-Kaifeng Expressway. Key projects within the section, such as the Qianhongling Tunnel, Jianshanlong Tunnel, Linqi Interchange Main Line Bridge, and Cilongyuan Bridge, constitute the core of the entire line's construction, and their construction progress directly affects the pace of advancement of the entire expressway.

This major transportation artery, carrying the expectations for regional development, will comprehensively improve Chun'an's external transportation conditions upon completion, activate cultural tourism and industrial resources along the route, and inject strong transportation momentum into Chun'an's accelerated integration into the Hangzhou metropolitan area and the advancement of rural revitalization and common prosperity.
