This construction faced multiple difficulties; the strata crossed includeresidual soil, completely to weakly weathered granite, with average rock strength of 60-100MPa and local sections exceeding 140MPa, plus abundant groundwater and high environmental protection requirements.The XCMG XDN1800-R pipe jacking machineis equipped with afull-face hard rock cutterhead, paired with a high-torque reduction gearbox, easily handling hard rock strata;it is equipped with anadvanced positioning and deviation-correction systemthat monitors axis deviation in real time,automatically correcting when the error exceeds 10mm,ultimately achievinga 450m long-distance "zero-deviation" breakthrough.

Thanks to the core technical advantages of the equipment, the daily excavation efficiency during construction remained stable at 3-5m,reaching up to 6m，, more than 20% faster than traditional processes, providing solid support for the smooth completion of key project milestones with efficient and reliable performance.

The successful implementation of this project not only verified the outstanding performance of the XCMG XDN1800-R pipe jacking machine under complex hard rock, long-distance jacking and stringent environmental protection requirements, but also provided valuable practical experience for similar projects.
