As a key livelihood project in the Wuyi New Area, the Chian Sewage Treatment Plant expansion and supporting renovation project has successively resumed work in the earlier stages.

The project is undertaken by Wuyi Water Engineering, with an estimated total investment of 100.2677 million yuan, including 22.58 million yuan for equipment procurement and installation and 32.259875 million yuan for civil works. It covers the construction of facilities such as hydrolysis-acidification tanks, with a total floor area of 1,402.79 square meters.

The project started on December 19, 2025 and is scheduled for completion by the end of September 2026. Preliminary work such as foundation pit excavation and pile foundation construction has been completed, and pile foundation testing is currently underway. After the holiday, the project team will coordinate personnel, materials and funds, strictly uphold safety and quality standards, advance subsequent procedures as planned, and fulfill its responsibilities as a state-owned enterprise.
