Recently, with the precise positioning of the last pipe pile, the Yangzhou New Materials Sci-Tech Innovation Park project, a key municipal project, achieved a phased milestone: the pile foundation work was fully completed half a month ahead of schedule. The successful completion of this critical node will lay a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the main structure.

At the project site located south of Jiefang West Road and west of Dalian Road, tower cranes stand in clusters and machinery roars. Workers are methodically carrying out on-site road construction, with multiple engineering vehicles such as cement-stabilized macadam pavers and concrete pump trucks operating continuously in coordinated operations.The project is expected to complete the delivery and use of 12 standard factory buildings by June 30 this year, and achieve overall project completion and delivery by December 31, better ensuring the needs of enterprises moving in.

Since the project commenced construction in December 2025, all pile foundation work in the production area and the reinforced layer construction of all on-site roads have been completed. Currently, foundation excavation and pile cap and ground beam construction for the 12 standard factory buildings are underway, with the goal of completing the foundation construction of the 12 standard factory buildings before the Spring Festival.

As a key industrial innovation carrier promoted by Yizheng, the construction of this project is crucial to the production plans of the enterprises that will move in. The park has always prioritized project quality, adhering to high standards and strict requirements, and empowering high-quality construction through refined management, committed to building the project into a benchmark and premium project that can stand the test of history.At the same time, the project is being advanced with high efficiency. Faced with the task of 3,518 pipe piles totaling over 100,000 linear meters, a tactic of "redundant input and all-weather support" was adopted. By adding machinery and equipment and expanding work faces in all directions, the 50-day schedule was compressed to the limit of 35 days.

Quality is the lifeline of the project. During the advancement, the project team adhered to the main line of "lean and standardized" management and strictly controlled quality throughout the entire process. The practice of "actual measurement and data-based decision-making" was implemented, with all-weather, full-coverage on-site supervision of key processes to ensure that every pile foundation meets excellent standards.

The Yangzhou New Materials Sci-Tech Innovation Park is not only an important carrier for showcasing the city's scientific and technological innovation strength and promoting industrial upgrading, but also the core engine for building a full-chain ecosystem of "R&D—incubation—industrialization". After the project is fully completed and reaches production capacity, it is expected to attract nearly 20 high-quality projects in fields such as high-performance fibers, engineering plastics, and electronic chemicals, with annual invoiced sales expected to exceed 1.2 billion yuan.

From the first pile driven to the first victory, all builders of the project will continue to maintain a "sprint" posture, coordinate safety and quality, innovate and implement the "phased construction and phased delivery" model, and make every effort to ensure the project reaches production capacity as scheduled.
