Recently, the pile foundation construction of the "Cloud Eye" project of Yunmen Park Phase II was successfully completed, marking that the first Hangzhou municipal-level supporting facility in Yuncheng—the West City Branch of the Youth Activity Center (tentative name)—has entered a new stage of construction.

The "Cloud Eye" project of Yunmen Park Phase II started construction in April 2025, with a total land area of approximately 20,295 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 30,178 square meters, including a cultural activity center, fitness activity center, supporting service facilities, and more.In October of the same year, the West City Branch of the Hangzhou Youth Activity Center (tentative name) settled in "Cloud Eye," with a teaching area expected to be approximately 15,000 square meters, planned to be equipped with teaching venues, activity spaces, teacher areas, and supporting facilities such as parking and leisure areas. At present, the project has completed pile foundation construction, and the next step will be earthwork removal and foundation slab pouring.
The Yunmen Park project includes park green space, transportation transfer hub facility buildings, new city comprehensive service center buildings, cultural exhibition service center, and other works, with a total area of approximately 30 hectares. It is planned to be built in four phases and positioned as the "ecological green heart" of Hangzhou's new city center and a "vitality engine" for diverse groups of people.
Phase I is the Hangzhou West Railway Station South Ecological and Cultural Service Center and Transportation Transfer Hub Phase I project, located west of Tongyi Port Green Belt, north of Fangyun Street, and east of Chengji Road. It passed completion acceptance in December 2025. The project has four floors above ground and one floor underground, and is a new-generation small transfer complex integrating a smart hall above the clouds and an urban living room below the clouds. The project also plans science and technology and cultural comprehensive buildings. In addition to transportation transfers, visitors can also stroll along ecological trails and terrace gardens to relax and rest.
The Phase IV project, the "Central Green Valley" project, has a total land area of approximately 24 hectares and is planned to include a comprehensive slow-traffic network, a ring-shaped water system, large lawns, and other functional scenes. It started construction in June 2025.
In the future, once fully completed, Yunmen Park will become a hub comprehensive gateway space integrating cultural exhibition, transportation transfer, comprehensive services, and waterfront leisure. It will also link with the super high-rise building cluster and urban complexes in the core area of Yuncheng to create a vibrant urban oasis.
