Recently, the Songtao (Daxing) to Wanshan section of the G6512 Xiushan–Congjiang National Expressway, invested in and constructed by Guizhou Communications Investment Group, is seizing the construction schedule, making an all-out effort, and striving to achieve a "good start" in the first quarter. At the construction site, machinery roars and vehicles shuttle back and forth, presenting a bustling scene of construction and laying a solid foundation for the year's work. In terms of site facilities, 8 mixing plants have been completed, 6 of which are already in use; 7 steel reinforcement processing plants have been built, 6 of which have been put into production; and 1 precast beam yard has been put into use. For construction access roads across the entire line, 22 new access roads have been completed, with a total length of 16,893 meters, effectively ensuring the transportation of construction materials and the passage of machinery and equipment.

At present, 28 advance construction points across the entire line have been approved, with 18 constructible points. The project has completed 2.097 million cubic meters of subgrade excavation and 711,000 cubic meters of filling; 466 bridge pile foundations and 40 pier columns have been completed; 64 T-beams have been precast; and the Shizhu Village Tunnel has advanced 27.1 meters. Construction of all items is proceeding in an orderly manner according to plan.

As a key control project of the overall works, construction of the Jinjiang Grand Bridge has made important progress. Substructure construction of the approach bridge is currently underway, with 138 bridge pile foundations, 8 ground tie beams, and 50 meters of cylindrical piers completed.

While accelerating progress, the project team strictly implements quality and safety management requirements, and ensures project quality and safe production through measures such as optimizing construction organization, strengthening resource allocation, and implementing refined management.

Up to now, the temporary works of the Songtao to Wanshan section of the G6512 Xiushan–Congjiang National Expressway have been basically completed, the main works are being carried out in an orderly manner, and the control projects are progressing steadily. Next, the project will continue to maintain its momentum, and while ensuring quality and safety, make every effort to accelerate construction progress, contributing to improving Guizhou's expressway network and promoting regional economic and social development.
