On January 30, the Singapore-registered vessel "Aquila Glory," carrying approximately 11,000 tons of pipe piles, slowly departed from Fuzhou Songxia Wharf for Indonesia, a Belt and Road partner country, under the safety escort of officers from the Fuzhou Airport Border Inspection Station.

The pipe pile export on this voyage is the first export order of the year for Fujian Hongsheng Gaoke Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The piles will be used for foundation construction in local livelihood infrastructure projects in Indonesia and constitute an important part of China-Indonesia Belt and Road infrastructure cooperation. In view of the characteristics of pipe pile vessels—tight schedules and urgent cargo delivery—the station's First Duty Team took the initiative to provide proactive service, guiding the client to complete declarations through the border inspection administrative licensing online platform. After the vessel arrived at port, a "green channel" was opened, providing 24-hour "officers waiting for the ship" and "service upon arrival" arrangements. Officers boarded the vessel immediately to handle border inspection procedures, achieving "zero waiting for entry, zero delay for exit, and zero-distance service," with overall customs clearance time shortened by more than 2 hours compared with the past.

In recent years, the Fuzhou Airport Border Inspection Station has continued to optimize the port business environment, launching a series of facilitation measures for vessels from Belt and Road partner countries and tailoring "one ship, one policy" customs clearance plans. It has cumulatively saved more than several thousand hours of clearance time for various foreign-related vessels, effectively improving cross-border trade efficiency.
