Recently, the Kangju Era "Rural Good Houses" Innovation Forum and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ultra-Low Energy Building Industry Development Conference grandly opened in Beijing. The conference was hosted by the Rural Work Department of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ultra-Low Energy Building Industry Alliance and organized by Beijing Kangju Era Technology Development Co., Ltd., bringing together representatives from housing and urban-rural development, agriculture and rural affairs, and development and reform departments of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and surrounding areas, authoritative industry experts, heads of well-known enterprises, representatives of financial institutions, and representatives of rural homeowners from various sectors.

With the core theme of "Technological Innovation Builds Good Rural Houses, Green and Low-Carbon Empowers Coordinated Development," the conference comprehensively promoted the coordinated advancement of the regional prefabricated ultra-low energy building industry through diverse segments such as policy interpretation, achievement showcases, project signings, and experience exchanges, injecting strong green momentum into the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.

At the opening of the conference, leaders of industry associations, leaders of competent authorities, and senior experts took the stage to deliver speeches. The guests provided in-depth interpretations of the policy orientation and technological development trends of the ultra-low energy building industry, carefully analyzed the dividends released by policies such as the "Action Plan for Building the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Beautiful China Pioneer Zone," and clarified ideas and paths for the high-quality development of the industry. Subsequently, Song Xinwei, Secretary-General of the Rural Work Department of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ultra-Low Energy Building Industry Alliance and head of Beijing Kangju Era, delivered a work report, comprehensively reviewing the fruitful practical achievements during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period by Kangju Era in conjunction with high-quality enterprises across the upstream and downstream industrial chain such as Jiangong Huachuang and Xingma Yangguang in fields including prefabricated green farmhouses, green and low-carbon farm estates, and the application of ultra-low energy technologies: a total of 8 rural revitalization workstations have been built, 177 rural revitalization projects including "green and low-carbon rural residences" have been completed, participation in the construction of various ultra-low energy building projects has reached 455,000 square meters, and 16 professional teams of trained rural craftsmen have been cultivated, laying a solid foundation for the development of the industry.

The report also made clear that in the future, the company will continue to deeply cultivate the field of rural living environment improvement, focus on technological innovation and service upgrading, and promote high-quality industrial development. Representatives of relevant departments also delivered speeches successively, emphasizing the significance of building good rural houses to rural revitalization, and stating that they will continue to provide solid policy support and guarantees for industrial development.
