Large machinery such as pile drivers, cranes, and excavators are working in coordination, and more than 40 workers are pressing ahead with pile foundation work — yesterday, the construction site on the north side of the intersection of Haifeng Road and Letian Road was a hive of activity. Zheng Huacheng, project manager of the agent construction unit Jifa Operation Company, introduced that the industrial park has a total land area of 40,300 square meters and a total floor area of about 98,500 square meters, with plans to build 10 general-purpose factory buildings and 1 supporting building. The visual progress of pile foundation construction has now reached 80%, and the overall pile foundation work is expected to be completed in March this year.

　　The project breaks away from the traditional approach of 'construction first, investment promotion later.' Before the park even began construction, we had already engaged with target enterprises for investment promotion, tailoring factory buildings to their requirements such as production line layout and equipment height.

　　As the first project jointly created in Jimei by Xiamen Torch Group and Jimei Development Group, the Torch Jimei Golden Brick Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Industrial Park adopts the approach of 'attracting the phoenix to build the nest,' precisely matching enterprises' individualized needs by moving the investment promotion stage forward. To date, the park has signed customization agreements with 15 enterprises, with a cumulative customized area of 95,000 square meters. Among the enterprises entering the park, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises account for more than 50%, and once all are in production, the annual output value is expected to exceed 1 billion yuan.

　　The park not only provides production space but also plans to build an 'Enterprise Service Center,' which will offer practical functional areas such as shared meeting rooms, exhibition areas, and employee gyms according to enterprise needs. 'We build and operate the park with an industrial mindset — we build whatever enterprises need and provide whatever the market needs,' said the head of the park operator.
