It is reported that this year Shijiazhuang will continue to implement project list management, requiring all counties (cities and districts) and all departments to clarify goals, completion deadlines and responsible units item by item, refine project investment tasks, and strengthen coordination, scheduling and management of key projects through account reconciliation, account handover and account calculation. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission will regularly schedule the construction progress of key projects and the reserve situation of key preliminary projects. It will continue to implement the city and county leadership contact system. In accordance with the unified deployment of the municipal party committee, municipal leaders will contact all provincial key construction projects within the counties (cities and districts) they are assigned to, and county-level leading cadres in each county (city and district) will contact municipal key construction projects, carrying out precise contact assistance and providing effective services.

The orderly progress of project construction cannot be separated from the necessary factor guarantees. This year, Shijiazhuang will strengthen land guarantee for key projects and tilt newly added construction land plan indicators toward key projects. It will establish a regular bank-enterprise docking mechanism and regularly organize project units and financial institutions to carry out online and offline docking. It will strengthen environmental protection policy support to ensure project construction. It will optimize energy allocation and give priority to supporting the energy needs of eligible key projects.
