In the field of integrated circuits, Jinan will improve chip design capabilities, strengthen the cultivation of the entire silicon carbide "substrate-epitaxy-device" chain, and strive to bring the scale of the core industry to 30 billion yuan.

In the field of aerospace and low-altitude economy, Jinan will plan and build the Jinan Aerospace City, the Aviation Equipment 6S Support Base and a comprehensive test site to high standards, advance the start of construction of projects such as Tianbing Technology and Galactic Energy, promote the optimization and upgrading of the digital low-altitude flight management service platform, continue to expand low-altitude application scenarios, and strive to bring the industrial scale to 40 billion yuan.
