On January 16, the "Breaking Boundaries · Building Together" 2026 SANY Full Series Crushing & Recycling Equipment Global Launch was held at the SANY Miluo Industrial Park. Nine core equipment items covering multiple scenarios were unveiled collectively, marking SANY's completion of the "excavation, loading, transportation, and crushing" infrastructure equipment ecosystem with a full-industry-chain approach, and its strong entry into the hundred-billion-level crushing and recycling market, injecting leader-level strength into the construction waste resource utilization industry. 

This strategic move is not accidental but a precise decision by SANY based on industry trends and its own strategy. Data shows that in 2025, China's renewable resource recycling market reached 1.2 trillion yuan and is expected to grow to 1.3 trillion yuan in 2026. Among this, construction waste treatment, as a core segment, has an annual output of over 3 billion tons but a resource utilization rate of less than 10%, indicating huge market space and demand for technological upgrading. Meanwhile, China's waste crushing equipment market is expanding at an average annual growth rate of 16.4%, with intelligence and green development becoming the core directions of industry transformation. Companies with full-process solution capabilities are gradually dominating the market.

"SANY's crushing and recycling equipment not only enriches the group's industrial ecosystem but also serves as a powerful tool for customers to achieve profitability and aids the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry," said Tang Xiuguo, Founding Director and Rotating Chairman of SANY Group. In 2025, the group's core business scale exceeded 150 billion yuan, with operating cash flow hitting a record high. He clearly stated the long-term expectation for the construction industrialization business, hoping that SANY Construction can drive the industry towards industrialization upgrading, and set a ten-year goal to develop the crushing and recycling equipment into a ten-billion-level business.

Cheng Weihua, Chairman of SANY Construction, stated: "We are committed to building a full-cycle closed loop of 'production-recycling-reuse' for construction waste. The nine equipment items released today are an important starting point, and we will continue to enrich our product and solution offerings in the future." It is understood that SANY has set a ten-year development goal of ten-billion-level scale in this field, which is expected to reshape the current industry competition landscape with low concentration—currently, the top five enterprises in the domestic crushing equipment market together hold only 41.3% market share. SANY's entry will disrupt the existing competitive dynamics.

SANY's entry into the crushing and recycling field aims to complete the crucial "crushing" link after "excavation, loading, and transportation" in the group's portfolio, building a closed loop for large-scale infrastructure equipment. This move actively responds to the national needs for green development and high-quality construction, focusing on solving the industry pain points of construction waste annual output exceeding 3 billion tons and resource utilization rate below 10%, turning construction waste into a "gold mine" and completing the last piece of the puzzle in the full life cycle of construction industrialization.

Xu Wenhao, Deputy General Manager of SANY Construction, introduced that for mainstream application scenarios such as manufactured sand production, SANY's crushing line, through upgraded main machines and process optimization, has increased capacity by 20% compared to the industry average. The jaw crusher stroke is increased by 20%, the impact crusher cavity volume is expanded by 50%, and the vertical shaft impact crusher's single-pass sand formation rate is improved by 10%, comprehensively solving the pain point of low efficiency in traditional equipment.

At the event, SANY Construction and Central South University signed an industry-academia-research cooperation agreement. Chen Changqing, Deputy General Manager of SANY Construction and General Manager of SANY Construction Miluo Company, and Liu Hui, Deputy Dean of the School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering at Central South University, signed on behalf of both parties. In the future, they will jointly build a research and development platform to accelerate technology transformation. Subsequently, a series of major domestic and international customer cooperation projects were also signed, marking that SANY's full series of crushing and recycling equipment has officially entered the market and joined the global wave of green infrastructure.

Guests also visited the equipment production line at the SANY Miluo Industrial Park. Li Guiwen, General Manager of SANY Construction's Crushing & Recycling Equipment division, explained that at the Miluo Industrial Park, all manufacturing processes from a steel plate to a complete machine rolling off the line can be completed, covering four major processes: material preparation, welding, CNC machining, and painting. One assembly station can produce one complete machine every 7 days.
