The Jingning Warehousing and Logistics Center Project, located in the Waishaicheng North Block of Hongxing Subdistrict, Jingning County, Lishui, Zhejiang, has progressed smoothly since construction began in November last year.

      At the construction site, machines roar as 13 impact pile drivers and 4 rotary drilling rigs are lined up and operating simultaneously. Construction workers move among them, directing and coordinating operations in an orderly manner. The entire site is busy yet well organized, with earthwork excavation and pile foundation construction as the main ongoing processes. The entire pile foundation works are scheduled to be completed by the end of May this year, after which the project will enter the main structure construction phase.

      The Jingning Warehousing and Logistics Center Project covers a total land area of 32,422 square meters, with a total investment of approximately 280 million yuan. The project plans to build five main buildings, including a logistics supply chain service center, a logistics warehousing building, a sorting and distribution center, and supporting facilities, covering functions such as offices, warehousing (including cold storage), and sorting. Once completed, it will become the largest warehousing and logistics infrastructure in Jingning County to date, undertaking the important mission of enhancing regional logistics distribution capacity and serving the development of specialty industries.
