On January 5, Zhang Yang, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Construction Technology Group, and Yu Bin, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, held a discussion and exchange focused on implementing the requirements of the Central Economic Work Conference, the Central Urban Work Conference, and the National Housing and Urban-Rural Development Work Conference, and on accelerating the establishment of a new model for real estate development.

Zhang Yang welcomed Yu Bin's visit and thanked the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department for its long-standing trust in and support for China Construction Technology Group. He stated that China Construction Technology Group will implement the requirements of the relevant work conferences, and in the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, will continue to optimize its business layout and focus on cultivating a second growth curve. China Construction Technology Group will continue to deepen the strategic cooperation between the two sides, give full play to the Group's advantages as the "national team" in China's urban and rural construction science and technology sector, and, relying on scientific research platforms such as the Research Institute for Generic Technologies in the Construction Science and Technology Industry, provide comprehensive technical support and services in areas such as urban physical examinations, urban renewal, and "good housing" construction, so as to create a Guangxi good housing solution that draws on strengths from all sides, adapts to local conditions, and leads in concept, and to empower Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region's urban and rural construction sector with high-quality science and technology to continuously open up new prospects.

Yu Bin thanked China Construction Technology Group for its strong support for the work of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the housing and urban-rural development sector. He stated that Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will implement the spirit of the relevant work conferences, actively advance the formulation of the autonomous region's 15th Five-Year Plan for the urban and rural construction sector, and, through government guidance, policy promotion, and technological empowerment, systematically advance the construction of "four good"—good housing, good residential compounds, good communities, and good urban districts—vigorously implement urban renewal, and strive to improve the level of urban governance.
