The main structure of the Phase I standardized factory buildings is about to be fully topped out, and the Phase II project has entered pile foundation construction.

The Two Countries Twin Parks · Food Innovation City project covers a land area of 45,390 square meters, with a total construction area of 75,920.99 square meters, mainly including 14 multi-story factory buildings and 1 living service facility building.Centered on the theme of "green, safe and high-quality production," the entire project is building a modern, intelligent and green food industry demonstration park integrating food and beverage R&D, production, processing, warehousing, logistics, sales and supporting services, and becoming a leading domestic highland for the snack food industry.

Among them, Phase II is planned to cover an area of more than 35 mu, with plans to build 8 standardized factory buildings and a total investment expected to reach 130 million yuan. Once completed, it will effectively expand functional sections such as high-end food intelligent manufacturing, cross-border logistics support and industrial incubation platforms, add about 37,000 square meters of industrial space, further tighten the collaborative network across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and build a solid carrier for the high-quality development of the park's food industry.
