广州市人民政府发布《美丽广州建设规划纲要（2025—2035年）》。
其中提出，推动交通运输装备与基础设施低碳化。
积极推动氢能、天然气、先进生物液体燃料等清洁新能源在交通运输领域应用。大力发展新能源汽车，加快公务车、出租车、物流配送车、环卫车等城市公共服务车辆的电动化替代，持续扩大氢能源建筑废弃物运输车辆示范应用规模。
推动船舶绿色低碳转型，以珠江游为重点，有序推动电动船舶应用，优先形成电动船舶示范航线。推动港口绿色化低碳化转型升级，加快现有船舶受电设施改造，新建、改建、扩建码头工程（油气化工码头除外）同步设计、建设岸电设施，促进船舶靠港使用岸电常态化。到2035年，交通基础设施绿色化建设比例达到95%。
