On December 6, the Fuzhou Port and Shipping International Logistics Center Project, constructed by Fujian Provincial Port Engineering Co., Ltd., fully completed its pile foundation construction and successfully passed the acceptance inspection of the pile foundation works in Zone 2 of the basement. With this, all zoned pile foundation works of the project have been successfully accepted.

      The Fuzhou Port and Shipping International Logistics Center Project is located in the Jiangyin Port Area of Fuqing City, with a total construction area of approximately 53,000 square meters. The full acceptance of the pile foundation works marks important progress in the foundation construction phase of the project and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the main structure.

      The project has an estimated investment of 336.7 million yuan. The construction site is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Xinjiang Highway and Gangqu Avenue in Jiangyin Town, Fuqing City, 3-1,500 meters from the Bitou Operation Area of Jiangyin Port Area. The project plans to build one high-rise building with a main tower height of 99.9 m, one basement level and 25 above-ground floors, as well as two podium buildings.

      The project covers a total land area of 16,700 m² and a total construction area of 53,400 m², including 40,000 m² above ground. Of this, office space accounts for 27,200 m², hotel space 11,000 m², and commercial space 1,459.33 m². The area not counted in the floor area ratio is 13,500 m². There are 414 motor vehicle parking spaces and 1,021 non-motor vehicle parking spaces. The floor area ratio is 2.4, the building density is approximately 22.04%, and the green space ratio is 29.39%.
