The Jiapeng Thermal Power Plant Tangyuan Phase I 200MW Wind Power Project, as aHuadian Energy(600726) key project that implements the "dual carbon" strategy and supports the green transformation of the old industrial base in Northeast China, has since its launch in September 2025 consistently taken political development as its guide, stayed focused on annual goals, and tackled difficulties. As of the end of November, in only two months it completed pile foundation construction at 16 sites, exceeding the annual plan target of 8 sites, with a cumulative total of 720 cast-in-place piles poured and road construction reaching 4.91 kilometers, laying a solid foundation for the project's on-schedule grid connection and power generation and demonstrating the state-owned enterprise's sense of responsibility through practical achievements.

The project site has complex geological conditions, with underground river stones and bluestone layers densely distributed, posing great challenges to pile foundation construction. During the first pile construction stage, faced with problems such as rapid drill bit wear and low drilling efficiency, the Jiapeng Thermal Power Plant quickly set up a Party member technical task force to optimize drill bit selection and drilling parameters. Construction personnel worked in two 24-hour shifts and, after more than ten hours of continuous effort, successfully completed the pouring of the first cast-in-place pile in the early morning of September 29, accumulating valuable experience for subsequent construction.

Entering October, project construction accelerated across the board, forming a working pattern of "road construction first, pile foundation construction as the key task, and simultaneous advancement on multiple fronts." In road construction, priority was given to completing topsoil stripping and mountain-skin stone paving for access roads to key turbine positions such as F22 and F29 to ensure smooth transportation of large equipment; pile foundation construction adopted a "flow operation, concentrated attack" model, with up to 5 rotary drilling rigs operating simultaneously, raising construction efficiency from 2-3 piles per day to more than 20 piles per day and efficiently completing construction tasks at more than ten turbine positions, exceeding the annual position target by 100%, demonstrating the Jiapeng Thermal Power Plant's strong construction organization capability.
