近日，尼泊尔塔纳湖水电站迎来关键节点——1 号发电机组转子成功吊装就位。作为该国西部最大蓄水式电站，项目正式迈入机电安装阶段，为后续并网发电奠定基础。
作为水轮发电机组"心脏"，1号转子直径4.7米、有效高度2.2米，起吊总重184吨。面对施工环境复杂、吊装空间受限及欧美标准严苛等挑战，项目团队采用200吨桥式起重机主钩配合专用工具推进作业，提前完成桥机测试、吊具及转子检查，对磁轭叠装、磁极挂装等关键工序开展模拟论证，并借鉴2号转子吊装经验优化方案。针对雨季运输滞后、物资紧张问题，项目通过储备关键物资、调整工序等保障了吊装作业安全高效。
项目建成后将缓解尼泊尔旱季电力紧张状况，实现区域全年稳定供电，满足博克拉等城市用电需求，助力当地经济发展。
