The Party Branch of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department resolutely implements the company's "Maimang Action" deployment, takes the investigation and rectification of major accident hazards as its core task, fully leverages its role as a fighting fortress, and, relying on the "Party Member Demonstration Post" and the "Party Building + Safety" mechanism, promotes the precise implementation of the "Safety and Environmental Protection Joint Contact Work Plan." In accordance with the principle of "division into areas with assigned responsibility and accountability to each person," the Party Branch organizes business backbone personnel to go deep into the front line to carry out embedded safety guidance, ensuring closed-loop task completion and accountability in place. At the same time, it publicizes the criteria for identifying major accident hazards and key learning points through multiple channels, creating an atmosphere in which "everyone talks about safety and everyone knows emergency response." The Party Branch of the Quality Management Department actively responds to the requirements of the "Maimang Action" and systematically enhances quality control capabilities through a series of measures, including strengthening customized product management and strengthening data integration between the QMS quality management information system and the company's other informatization systems. The Party Branch focuses on the list of assault tasks, joins forces with relevant departments to improve secondary assembly quality, and completed the preparation of inspection documents for new vehicle models in October; it promotes the closed-loop resolution of typical and legacy issues through a tracked accountability approach, ensuring that the closed-loop resolution rate of quality issues exceeds 90%; it strengthens forward design and full-process quality management to ensure that issues are 100% closed before batch production of products; and it deeply advances customization work, collecting and responding to customer needs through all channels. At present, the work in October has achieved tangible results, and the work for November and December is being advanced in an orderly manner strictly according to the measure list and the project assault "battle map," making every effort to ensure the successful achievement of annual targets.
