On November 6, the Henan Topsun International Outdoor Leisure Industrial Park project, constructed by Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co., Ltd., successfully passed completion acceptance and was fully delivered for use.

The project is located in the western industrial zone of Pingyu County, Zhumadian City, covering a total land area of 630 mu with a total floor area of 298,600 square meters. It encompasses core functional areas including production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, shift dormitories, and canteens, as well as supporting works such as roads, perimeter walls, parking lots, water supply and drainage, and lighting.

Taking the EPC model as its lever and focusing on high-quality development goals, the project department innovatively implemented a self-operated steel structure installation model, effectively reducing temporary facility costs and ensuring that both project schedule and quality targets were met. Facing challenges such as a tight schedule, a large volume of steel structure work, and high construction difficulty, the project team fully applied Tekla software to steel structure construction management. Through secondary detailed layout and design optimization of steel structure components, it achieved prefabricated construction featuring "factory prefabrication and on-site assembly." The project introduced intelligent high-precision construction equipment such as aerial tile-pressing machines and GPS laser screeds for concrete, and relied on nine scientific and technological research projects to achieve dual improvements in construction precision and safety management. The project's achievements in quality and safety standardization won high recognition from the Zhumadian Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and it was awarded the title of Advanced Unit in the city's "Three Batches" project construction for 2022.

To ensure the smooth delivery of the project, the project department adhered to Party building leadership, focused on key milestones to carry out labor competition activities, and had Party member cadres take charge of designated areas and lead the way in going to the front line, building a solid defense line for life, health, and safety, ultimately achieving the contractual goals of "zero quality defects and zero safety accidents."

As a key project under Henan Province's "Three Batches" initiative and a major investment attraction project of Pingyu County, the full commissioning of this project marks a key step forward for Pingyu County on its journey to build a global hub for the outdoor leisure industry. It is expected to create employment for tens of thousands of people and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
