The TZ4000D excavator has an operating weight of 400 tonnes and a bucket capacity of up to 22 m³. The YC20VTD diesel engine is a benchmark power unit from Yuchai in the high-end construction machinery sector. Equipped with the company's self-developed intelligent control system, it can intelligently match power with hydraulic power and flow on demand. Under heavy-load mining conditions, the engine delivers surging power of up to 1,650 kW at a stable speed of 1,800 rpm, providing strong momentum for the excavator's rapid response and efficient digging.

The YC20VTD engine is also equipped with advanced fuel injection control technology and a high peak combustion pressure system, enabling the excavator to maintain excellent fuel economy and operating efficiency even under heavy loads. The closed-center electro-hydraulic control RCS system further ensures faster power response and lower pressure loss, further improving the machine's energy-saving performance and quality.
