On September 23, Red Sea Global (RSG), together with Saudi Post (Saudi Post|SPL), launched a special commemorative stamp collection. Several key projects undertaken by the Saudi Red Sea EPC Project Department of SEPCO III were featured on the commemorative stamps, highlighting the projects' international influence and engineering strength.

The Shura Island hotel project shown on the four-stamp sheet is a core component of Phase I of the Red Sea project. As the gateway and central hub of the Red Sea project, its design is inspired by the leaping "dolphin" form and was personally planned and designed with the participation of the Saudi Crown Prince. With a total floor area of 1.5 million square meters, it is planned to include 11 world-class brand hotels (including Saudi Arabia's first seven-star hotel), a high-end residential area, an 18-hole championship golf course and a large marina. It is expected to gradually enter operation by the end of 2025. The project has introduced top hotel brands including The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis and Raffles. Shura Island is the core of the world's largest large-scale tourism project powered 100% by renewable energy, and is one of the earliest gigaprojects announced under Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" to be implemented and opened to the public.

The three-stamp sheet features the newly completed Red Sea International Airport project. The airport is the starting point for Saudi Arabia's future smart airports. The terminal design draws inspiration from the desert and marine environments and is powered entirely by 100% renewable energy, fully embodying the concept of sustainable development. Through various transport modes such as seaplanes, boats and cars, the airport provides ultra-fast, seamless transfer services from the airport to resorts, offering visitors a luxurious and smooth airport journey and helping the Red Sea project build a world-class sustainable tourism destination. As an important measure in Saudi Arabia's economic diversification strategy, the airport will become an aviation gateway on the western Red Sea coast, connecting the Middle East, Africa and Europe and building an efficient and convenient international aviation corridor. The company undertook core works including the airport energy center building, auxiliary control building and part of the terminal, the baggage transfer and reclaim building, the security office building, terminal landscaping and drainage systems, airport asphalt roads, the airport surface parking lot, airport inspection posts, the medical and fire rescue center building, and the unmanned air traffic control tower. The project has now been handed over for operation.

The inclusion of projects undertaken by SEPCO III on Saudi national commemorative stamps is not only a high recognition of the engineering strength and international contract performance capabilities of Chinese enterprises, but also a vivid reflection of the deepening cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia under the framework of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and "Vision 2030." Centered on technological innovation, green and low-carbon development and sustainability, these projects have set a new benchmark for the global high-end tourism industry and injected new momentum into China-Saudi economic and trade cooperation.
