Autumn brings refreshing breezes and branches laden with fruit. On September 19, Sunward grandly held the handover ceremony for the SWZG1000K integrated mixing and mid-drilling pile planting machine at Sunward Industrial City, presenting an innovation that has drawn industry-wide attention as a tribute to this season of harvest.

This super equipment, hailed as "outshining all others through the three autumn months," was meticulously developed by the Sunward R&D team over the course of a year. It is a comprehensive upgrade based on the original SWZG1000 model, and its biggest highlight is the successful integration of mixing pile planting and mid-drilling pilot-hole pile planting through the use of an inverted, sliding-type pile pressing platform combined with an inclined-brace column slewing mechanism.

The equipment achieves a maximum mixing depth of 80 m, a maximum pilot-hole depth of 30 m, and a maximum mid-pressing pile force of up to 800 tf, reaching the current highest level in the industry. It is particularly suitable for deep foundation construction under complex geological conditions. The column adopts a dual-guide-rail, dual-power-head design and is equipped with overload variable-frequency motors, enabling it to easily handle harsh working conditions such as drill rod sticking and sudden load changes in rock formations. In addition, the equipment comes standard with combined reinforced drill rods and custom rock-formation-specific mixing drill bits, greatly improving the verticality of mixing drilling and ensuring pile planting quality, while providing customers with a construction experience and value return that exceed expectations.

Zhu Zhenxin, General Manager of Sunward's Foundation Equipment Business Division, said at the delivery ceremony that the SWZG1000K is another important milestone in Sunward's commitment to technology leadership and deep cultivation of the high-end equipment field.
