On September 12, the 40 MW photovoltaic projects at Dashaba and Manwan in Jingdong, Yunnan, invested by CGN New Energy and contracted on an EPC basis by Beijing Engineering Corporation, were successfully connected to the grid for power generation.

The project is located in Jingdong County, Yunnan Province, and its scope covers a 40 MW PV site, a 110 kV switching station, and supporting collector lines. Among these, the Manwan PV project has a capacity of 15 MW and an annual utilization of 1,310 hours, with its main scope comprising the PV area and a 110 kV booster station. The Dashaba PV project has a capacity of approximately 25 MW and an annual utilization of 1,310 hours, with its main scope comprising the PV area. The project will effectively ease local power supply pressure, optimize the energy mix of the grid, and help the region achieve a low-carbon transition.

Facing multiple challenges such as scattered plots, complex terrain, and extensive coordination requirements, the Beijing Engineering Corporation project team has consistently adhered to efficient collaboration and precise control since construction began. By securing equipment supply in advance, advancing construction contracts in an orderly manner, implementing dynamic schedule management, continuously optimizing resource allocation, and strengthening on-site organization, the team efficiently completed key tasks—including booster station construction, collector line laying, and grid connection of the first PV arrays—while ensuring safety and quality.

The project department has always upheld the working principles of "high standards, strict requirements, and fast pace," working continuously and overcoming difficulties, demonstrating excellent professionalism and execution capability, and laying a solid foundation for the orderly progress of project construction.
