On September 2, the Nayong County Dalanba Phase II 24 MW wind power project, invested and constructed by PowerChina New Energy Company, successfully achieved full-capacity grid connection, injecting new momentum into Guizhou's green energy development.

The project is located at the junction of Gukai Township and Guoquanyan Township in Nayong County, Bijie City, covering a total area of approximately 185 mu. It encompasses core components including wind farm area construction, 35 kV collector line laying, switch station construction, and transmission line works. After commissioning, the project is expected to generate an annual power output of up to 51.44 million kWh, saving approximately 18,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 45,000 tons per year, providing strong support for optimizing the regional energy structure and promoting local economic and social sustainable development.

Since the start of construction, the project construction team has fully leveraged its coordinating role, organizing participating units to formulate refined construction plans and schedules, establishing a dynamic management mechanism, and exercising all-round control over safety, quality, and progress. In the face of challenges such as low-temperature freezing weather, blocked transportation of oversized equipment, and construction of consumption channels, the project team established an efficient communication mechanism with local government, China Southern Power Grid, and the general contractor, jointly overcoming technical difficulties and ensuring the orderly advancement of all stages.
