On August 23, 2025, Power Construction Corporation of China (hereinafter referred to as "PowerChina") officially completed the system integration and launch of its connection to the supply chain bill platform of the Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Exchange").

Supply chain bills are an innovative type of electronic commercial draft launched by the Shanghai Exchange based on genuine transaction backgrounds. They are issued by core enterprises in the supply chain, can be freely circulated and split among upstream and downstream enterprises, and support financing through discounting or standardized bills. During the platform construction, PowerChina strictly followed the technical specifications and business standards of the Shanghai Exchange, completed the entire process of system development, testing, and launch operations and maintenance, and achieved deep integration with the PowerChina Supply Chain Finance Shared Service Platform through standardized API interfaces. Member enterprises at all levels of the group can now handle the issuance, acceptance, endorsement, discounting, and other businesses of bills online through the entire process via the PowerChina Supply Chain Finance Shared Service Platform, enjoying one-stop, diversified supply chain financial services.

This successful connection is an important measure taken by PowerChina to implement the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference and promote the high-quality development of financial business.
