On August 23, 2025, the PolyU 2025 Symposium on Marine Engineering Foundations was grandly held in Wenzhou. Experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives from the marine engineering field at home and abroad gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions on the frontiers and development paths of marine engineering foundation technology. Mr. Lin Deng, Chairman of Zhejiang Yongan Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and Wenzhou Yongan Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend as an expert and delivered a 40-minute thematic report titled "R&D and Application of Piling Equipment for Large-scale Offshore Engineering," systematically presenting the company's development history, core technological innovations, and future plans.

The next day (August 24), the expert delegation from the PolyU Wenzhou Technology Innovation Research Institute visited Yongan Heavy Industry for an in-depth inspection and research at the production frontline. Accompanied by Chairman Lin, the guests successively visited the production workshop, the R&D and testing center, and the high-end equipment commissioning area, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's full-chain capabilities from technology R&D to product implementation.

Over the past three years, R&D expenditure and technological transformation investment have exceeded 100 million yuan, building a full-process digital R&D system covering conceptual design, simulation analysis, and process realization, significantly enhancing the innovation efficiency and reliability of complex equipment.

Core marine engineering equipment has already taken the lead in key performance parameters and has formed significant advantages in cost control, after-sales response, and customized services, winning broad recognition from user units.

A number of central state-owned enterprises, including CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., as important partners, provide the company with multi-dimensional equipment operation data and engineering feedback, helping Yongan Heavy Industry continuously optimize product performance and applicability and building a solid collaborative innovation ecosystem integrating industry, academia, research, and application.

The expert delegation spoke highly of Yongan Heavy Industry's technological accumulation and manufacturing capabilities, particularly praising the breakthroughs the company has achieved in independent R&D of core components and overall equipment performance improvement, and considering its development path a high-quality benchmark for the national industry.

Attending the thematic report session of this symposium and the on-site enterprise inspection not only demonstrated the strength of Yongan Machinery and Yongan Heavy Industry in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing, but also laid a solid foundation for future university-enterprise cooperation.
