8月8日，由昆明院EPC总承包的永宁风电场扩建项目（泸西片区、弥勒片区）两个项目首批机组同日成功并网发电，成为云南省2023年第二批新能源项目建设清单23个风电项目中首个投产的风电场。
永宁扩建项目于2025年3月开工建设，为确保项目实现首批投产、全容量投产目标，项目管理团队主动作为、勇于突破，以时不我待的精神，采取分区建设、精准施工的方式，辅以“按日调度，以台管理”工作机制，有效优化建设周期，在严守安全质量红线前提下全力推进项目建设，完成了首投任务。
永宁风电场项目全面建成后，将成为云南省首个百万千瓦级风电项目，为全面建成绿色能源强省注入新动能。
